Mr. Cox possesses over 22 years in career services and workforce development while also serving in multiple roles as the CEO/Founder of Cox Career Pathways. He holds a BA from Penn State and an MSW from Howard University. Mr. Cox is a Certified Professional Resume Writer and Career Coach.
